The Opportunity:

You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between complex technical capabilities and client business needs, driving the adoption of Covsant's innovative AI and Data solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Evangelism & Discovery:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, understanding their strategic business objectives, pain points, and technical requirements related to AI and Data.
    • Articulate the value proposition of Covsant's AI and Data offerings, demonstrating how they address specific industry challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
    • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions, workshops, and technical presentations tailored to various stakeholder levels (C-suite, business users, IT professionals).
  • Technical Solution Design & Architecture:

    • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and architect bespoke AI and Data solutions that align with client needs and Covsant's capabilities.
    • Develop compelling proof-of-concepts (POCs), demonstrations, and prototypes to showcase the power and applicability of our solutions.
    • Provide expert guidance on data strategy, AI model deployment, integration, scalability, and security within the context of the target industry.
  • Pre-Sales Leadership & Bid Management:

    • Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle from initial engagement through to successful closure.
    • Develop comprehensive technical proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
    • Present complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Support the sales team in deal qualification, competitive analysis, and objection handling.
  • Market Insight & Thought Leadership:

    • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in AI, Data, and your designated industry domain (Healthcare, Life Sciences, or BFSI).
    • Contribute to thought leadership content (whitepapers, webinars, blog posts) and represent Covsant at industry events and conferences.
    • Provide valuable market feedback to product development teams to inform future solution enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 12+ years of progressive experience in technology, with at least 7+ years in a senior pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting role focused on AI and Data.
    • Mandatory:

      Proven, exceptional and in-depth domain expertise in 

      Telecom

      or 

      Manufacturing

      or  

      Healthcare, Life Sciences, or BFSI

      , demonstrated through a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific regulations, complex data landscapes, core business processes, and key market dynamics. Ability to translate nuanced domain challenges into tangible AI and Data solution opportunities.
  • Technical Acumen:

    • Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning concepts, methodologies, and technologies (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI).
    • Strong proficiency in data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI/ML and Data services.
    • Proven experience collaborating with Hyperscaler teams (e.g., Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Databricks) teams to co-sell, co-develop, or integrate solutions.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree or Ph.D. is a strong plus.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with specific industry-standard software, data models, or regulatory frameworks (e.g., FHIR, HL7 in Healthcare; GxP in Life Sciences; Basel III, GDPR, CCPA in BFSI).
  • Certification in cloud AI/ML services (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer).
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients and complex sales cycles.
