As a Senior Presales Consultant / Presales Architect with 8 to 10+ years of experience, your role will involve leveraging your deep expertise in the Retail domain to drive digital transformation for enterprise retailers. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Lead presales engagements, solution design, and architecture across retail platforms. - Define cloud deployment architectures including multi-cloud, hybrid, and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS. - Provide cost estimates, TCO/ROI models, and licensing recommendations. - Support sales teams by assisting in proposals, RFPs, and client presentations. - Conduct discovery workshops, develop demos and POCs, and highlight the value of solutions. - Stay updated on AI/ML, composable commerce, and cloud-native innovations.
