Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with post-production verification and issue resolution. Key Skills & Knowledge Required: 6-7 years of strong experience as a Business System Analyst. Deep understanding of the Insurance domain, with Life and General Insurance experience considered a significant advantage. Expertise in the Enginum platform is highly desirable. Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and analytical skills. Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities. Experience working within cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Visio. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
