Flutter Lead

You are an experienced Senior Flutter Lead who will oversee and guide the mobile development team at our company. Your responsibilities will include driving architectural decisions, leading the development of high-quality mobile applications, and ensuring efficient workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers, will be essential to deliver robust solutions using Flutter. Your key responsibilities will encompass leading the design and development of Flutter-based mobile applications for IOS and Android platforms. You will also be responsible for architecting efficient, scalable, and high-performing mobile applications. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the mobile development team, collaborating with UI/UX designers to ensure visually appealing interfaces, and maintaining code quality are critical aspects of your role. Additionally, you will lead code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging activities, and work closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project timelines, scope, and deliverables. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4+ years of experience in mobile app development with a minimum of 3+ years of Flutter experience. A strong understanding of Dart, Flutter framework, and state management techniques like Provider and Bloc is required. Experience with mobile app architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture, deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, working with RESTful APIs, and familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD tools are essential. Strong problem-solving, debugging skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team will be advantageous. Desired skills for this role include experience with native Android (Kotlin) or IOS (Swift) development, knowledge of cloud services like Firebase, AWS, or Azure, and previous experience in leading remote or distributed teams.
