Who We Are: GetSetYo is a Bangalore-based startup shaking up travel Our missionHelp travel creators (think YouTubers, Instagrammers or your go-to travel advisor friend) make money when their fans book trips Were an early-stage travel tech startup, built by travel-tech industry veterans (ex-Makemytrip, Flipkart, Ola), funded by multiple respected unicorn founders, and were growing fast, The Problem Youll Solve: Travel creators inspire millions to explore, but they dont earn a rupee when their followers book Thats broken Youll step in to bring creators onboard, get them set up, and grow their revenue making sure they cash in and their fans get killer travel experiences, What Youll Do: Youll take full ownership of driving revenue through our creator community That means managing a team, setting targets, and being hands-on with top creators, Own Creator Revenue: Drive acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth for creators and own the P&L for your team, Coach & Lead: Guide a team of Community Sales Associates train them, track their goals, and make them shine, Crack Growth Playbooks: Build repeatable strategies that help creators scale their earnings through smart content, better campaigns, and optimized storefronts, Build Deep Relationships: Be the go-to partner for your creator cohort solve problems, share insights, and help them win consistently, Make It Scalable: Define and refine onboarding, engagement, and sales processes to make sure were ready for 10x scale, Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, ops, and marketing to run experiments, improve funnels, and amplify creator success, What We Want: Were looking for someone who has lived and breathed social media and sales and is now ready to take the lead Youve hustled before, maybe led a small team, and you thrive in early-stage chaos, Must-Haves: 3 8 years of experience in sales, BD, or creator partnerships, Proven ability to close, grow, and retain accounts, Experience leading or mentoring a small team (even informally counts!), Strong communication persuasive, clear, and great at relationship building, Analytical comfortable using data to spot trends and make decisions, Bias for action we move fast, and you should too, Good-to-Haves: Hands-on experience working with influencers, creators, or in B2C sales, Been part of a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, dashboards ? you know your way around, Bonus if youre a creator yourself or bring strong travel/content energy, Why Join Us Pay: Competitive salary + early-stage equity (you grow as we grow), Leadership: Build and lead your own pod from the ground up, Growth: Step into a high-ownership role and grow fast with us, Perks: Free or discounted travel go places while you help others do the same, Vibe: Bangalore office, young team, big dreams work hard, chill hard,
