About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Lead Mobile Developer

with strong proficiency in

Flutter and Dart

, and a solid background in native Android and iOS development. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of mobile developers, lead architecture decisions, and drive the delivery of high-performance mobile applications across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart
• Architect scalable, maintainable mobile solutions with clean, modular code
• Work hands-on with Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) platforms as needed
• Integrate and manage RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs
• Apply state management solutions such as Cubit or Bloc effectively across applications
• Utilize and manage Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics, etc.)
• Ensure high standards of performance, security, and code quality
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deployments
• Oversee App Store and Google Play submission processes, ensuring compliance and timely releases
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, and QA to align technical solutions with business goals
  

Requirements

• 78 years of overall mobile development experience, with at least 23 years in Flutter/Dart
• Prior experience as a technical or team lead on mobile projects
• Strong command of native mobile development: Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS
• Proven experience integrating APIs and third-party libraries
• In-depth understanding of state management (Bloc, Cubit)
• Hands-on experience with Firebase suite of services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mobile testing, and deployment automation
• Good grasp of mobile performance optimization and debugging tools
• Familiarity with Play Store and App Store submission guidelines and release management
