Job Summary:

Presales Solution

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate RFP/RFI responses with technical and commercial inputs.
• Design and deliver technical solutions, system architectures, and integration frameworks based on customer requirements.
• Prepare and present Proof of Concept (PoC) to demonstrate solution capabilities.
• Draft and manage technical proposals, solution decks, and bid documentation.
• Support the sales team during bid defense, solution presentations, and technical evaluations.
• Collaborative work culture with learning and growth opportunities- Provide product and solution training to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to align proposed solutions with deliverable capabilities.
• Ensure timely delivery of all presales activities including documentation, estimations, and compliance mapping.
• Provide technical solutions in the area of Enterprise IT infrastructure solutions involving multiple OEMs

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, or Systems Integration roles.

- Proven expertise in data center architecture, networking, and IT infrastructure.

- Hands-on experience in proposal writing, technical documentation, and bid support.

- Strong understanding of solution estimation, licensing, and pricing models.

- Should have excellent knowledge in creating developing scope of work document and creating high level design document along with technical proposal writing skills.
