Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving Locobuzz’s brand growth, demand generation, and market positioning across global markets.This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution — overseeing digital marketing, social media growth, business development enablement, and team performance. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, analytical acumen, and leadership to build a powerful marketing engine that drives measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and growth plans.
Lead and mentor the marketing team — including digital, content, design, and events — to deliver measurable outcomes.Collaborate with leadership to define marketing KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI-driven outcomes.Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms.
- Business Development & Growth Enablement
Partner with the Sales and Business Development teams to build targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and business verticals.Drive thought leadership and customer acquisition through performance-driven marketing initiatives.
- Social Media & Brand Presence
Oversee Locobuzz’s social media growth strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Lead storytelling initiatives, brand campaigns, and influencer collaborations that enhance digital visibility.Ensure consistent engagement, tone, and brand identity across all communication channels.
- Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
Manage SEO, SEM, email, and performance marketing to drive inbound lead generation.
Oversee campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other automation tools.Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns for reach, conversion, and retention.
- Events, Campaigns & Communication
Plan and execute high-impact events, webinars, and brand activations.
Collaborate with internal teams for content creation — blogs, case studies, videos, and product collateral.Ensure timely execution of campaigns with clear tracking of leads, pipeline, and conversions.
Maintain marketing dashboards (EDOX, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) for visibility on campaign performance.Present monthly reports and insights to leadership for data-backed decision-making.Continuously improve marketing processes and performance frameworks.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.Strong leadership and team management skills.Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategy.Deep understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Google Ads, EMP, etc.).Strong communication, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills.Creative mindset with a business-oriented approach.
