Marketing Head

Role Summary

The Marketing Head leads the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand-generation activities for the companys real estate portfolio. This role oversees digital marketing, brand management, project launches, lead generation, customer engagement, and market research to drive sales velocity and business growth across all asset classes (residential, commercial, luxury, mixed-use).

Role & responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the companys real estate projects.
• Define brand positioning, campaign direction, and market messaging aligned with business goals.
• Create annual and project-specific marketing budgets, plans, and KPIs.

2. Lead Generation & Demand Creation through different digital & Online channels.

3. Brand Management & Communication

• Build and maintain a strong brand identity for the company.
• Oversee creative development for brochures, AVs, hoardings, project branding, show flats, and digital assets.

4. Digital Marketing Leadership

Lead digital transformation and manage performance-driven digital campaigns.

Market Research & Competitor Intelligence

• Conduct market mapping, demand analysis, pricing studies, and competitor benchmarking.

Sales Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategy with sales targets.
• Support channel partner programs, broker meets, and incentive-driven events.

Assist in improving lead-to-conversion ratios through targeted campaigns

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Marketing, Business or related field.

• 20+ years

  of marketing experience, preferably in

  real estate or related industries

• Strong experience in digital marketing, brand building and lead-generation campaigns.
• Proven success in planning and executing real-estate project launches.
• Strategic thinking & market insight & Strong digital marketing expertise.
