We are a fast-growing creative network and app designed to elevate artists under 25. Our platform connects emerging creators, fuels collaboration, and provides tools, visibility, and community support. Were building the future of youth creativityand were looking for a Head of Marketing to lead that growth.

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will define and execute the full marketing strategy for our brand, app, and creator community. You will oversee brand development, product marketing, growth, engagement, and communications. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who deeply understands Gen Z culture, digital communities, and the creative ecosystem.

Experience

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience

    , ideally within digital platforms, youth brands, or creative communities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Leadership

  • Own and evolve the brand identity, tone, and positioning.
  • Build a distinct brand presence that resonates with young artists globally.
  • Lead storytelling, creative campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Oversee PR strategy, press outreach, and media relationships.
  • Ensure brand consistency across app, socials, content, and events.

2. Product Marketing & Growth

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for app launches, features, and updates.
  • Own the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals.
  • Define messaging that clearly communicates product value to young creators.
  • Work closely with Product and Design to align insights and user needs.

3. Community & Engagement Strategy

  • Grow and activate the under-25 creative community across app and socials.
  • Oversee creator programs, challenges, events, and partnership initiatives.
  • Build scalable engagement models that keep users inspired and involved.
  • Manage relationships with emerging artists, micro-influencers, and partners.

4. Content & Social Media

  • Lead the content strategy: storytelling, campaigns, series, and platform-native formats (Instagram, YouTube).
  • Oversee content calendars, production, and performance analytics.
  • Guide the creative direction for video, editorial, and visual content.

5. Leadership & Operations

  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team as the company grows.
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and optimize budgets and channels.
  • Use data and insights to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Present marketing strategy and results to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

Strategic & Creative

  • Proven experience leading marketing for a digital platform, youth brand, or creative community.
  • Strong understanding of Gen Z culture and creator ecosystems.
  • Expertise in brand building and creative campaign development.

Product & Growth

  • Experience with product marketing for apps, digital products, or startups.
  • Deep knowledge of growth metrics, funnels, and user behavior.
  • Ability to translate insights into product and marketing recommendations.

Community & Engagement

  • Experience building or managing online communities or creator networks.
  • Skilled at collaboration with artists, influencers, partners, and youth groups.
  • Lead event marketing strategy for on-ground and digital events, driving community engagement, visibility, and creator participation will be a bonus

Leadership

  • Track record of leading teams or guiding cross-functional groups.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
