Role & responsibilities

100 Cr+

Key Responsibilities

  • Build brand positioning, communication, and identity.
  • Lead D2C marketing: website growth, performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and conversion optimization.
  • Drive offline/retail marketing: store launch plans, hyperlocal campaigns, in-store branding.
  • Manage B2B/architect marketing: catalogues, pitch decks, lead generation.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) with full ownership of CAC, ROI, and revenue.
  • Launch new products with strong GTM and category marketing.
  • Build content, social media, and influencer ecosystem.
  • Own marketing budgets, analytics, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team and manage agencies.
  • Brand Creation using Market Place and other mediums. 

Requirements

Proven experience in scaling a D2C or omni-channel consumer brand.
Strong in brand building + performance marketing + retail marketing.Data-driven, creative, and comfortable owning P&L-linked metrics.Team leadership experience is a must.
