Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day online business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order processing, vendor coordination, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction — driving growth and operational excellence across all online channels. Key Responsibilities Manage daily e-commerce operations including order processing, dispatch, returns, and logistics . Oversee inventory management , stock updates, and coordination with warehouse & suppliers. Ensure timely delivery and quality control for all customer orders. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize listings, pricing, and promotions. Monitor and analyze sales reports, customer data, and operational KPIs . Handle customer service escalations and ensure smooth resolution. Coordinate with courier partners and manage logistics cost efficiency . Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance. Ensure all e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, social stores) are updated and aligned with brand standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management. Strong knowledge of Shopify, Woo Commerce, Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra operations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, order management systems, and analytics tools .
