Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day online business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order processing, vendor coordination, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction — driving growth and operational excellence across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations including order processing, dispatch, returns, and logistics.
• Oversee inventory management, stock updates, and coordination with warehouse & suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality control for all customer orders.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze sales reports, customer data, and operational KPIs.
• Handle customer service escalations and ensure smooth resolution.
• Coordinate with courier partners and manage logistics cost efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Ensure all e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, social stores) are updated and aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Woo Commerce, Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, order management systems, and analytics tools.
