Role Overview:

The Social Media & Influencer Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and growing our online community. This includes overseeing all social media channels, creating compelling content strategies, managing influencer partnerships, and driving engagement to strengthen brand visibility and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team for engaging posts, reels, and campaigns.
• Identify, approach, and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to drive authentic collaborations.
• Monitor performance analytics, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for better engagement and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities in the social media landscape.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal online community.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) managing social media and influencer campaigns.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of current trends, hashtags, and viral marketing strategies.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry.
• Strong influencer network or experience managing influencer databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
