E-commerce Operations Manager

As a key member of the team, your role will involve ensuring the timely processing and dispatch of all online orders across various platforms and offline channels. This includes coordinating with courier partners to guarantee on-time pickups and deliveries. You will be responsible for monitoring and resolving any order delays, cancellations, or returns that may occur. Your duties will also involve maintaining and updating order status, stock levels, and customer details in the ERP system. In case of any system issues, you will coordinate with ERP support to resolve them and improve workflows. It will be crucial for you to ensure data accuracy and make timely updates to the system. Issuing purchase orders (POs) to production for online order requirements and tracking the PO status will be part of your responsibilities. You will need to work closely with the production team to ensure on-time readiness based on online order trends. Additionally, you will be in charge of planning production loads and monitoring daily warehouse operations, including inventory, packing, and stock movement. Implementing best practices for space utilization, material handling, and stock rotation will be essential. You will also need to maintain packaging standards and branding consistency while keeping optimal stock levels based on sales forecasts and platform trends. Conducting periodic physical stock audits and reconciliations, as well as managing buffer stock for fast-moving SKUs, will also fall under your purview. Collaborating with the online marketing and sales teams to align the supply chain with demand will be crucial for success in this role. You will provide regular updates on dispatch performance, stock status, and operational bottlenecks. Supervising warehouse staff and ERP operators, allocating work, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to SOPs will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule is a day shift with a yearly bonus.
