Marketing Head

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Marketing Head to lead the overall marketing function at Medprime Technologies. The ideal candidate will build and execute high-impact marketing strategies, strengthen brand presence, and position our innovative medical devices strongly in the healthcare market. This role requires a visionary leader with hands-on expertise in digital and offline marketing, product positioning, and brand development within the healthcare or technology domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, product roadmap, and revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team to ensure effective execution, creativity, and accountability.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, R&D, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
• Strengthen Medprime’s brand presence across digital, offline, and healthcare industry channels.
• Define and maintain consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and communication standards across all platforms.
• Create impactful product positioning and value propositions for CILIKA, Micalys, and future product lines.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and website optimization to drive quality lead generation.
• Manage analytics, performance dashboards, and conversion tracking to continuously optimize digital marketing efforts.
• Identify new digital channels, marketing automation tools, and engagement strategies.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, medical conferences, product demonstrations, roadshows, webinars, and workshops.
• Develop high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, product videos, case studies, and presentations.
• Coordinate with distributors, partners, and healthcare professionals to enhance product visibility and adoption.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support strategic planning.
• Evaluate industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions.
• Identify new market opportunities and segments for business expansion.
• Manage the marketing budget with clear ROI-focused planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Oversee agency and vendor partnerships to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–12 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or technology sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and B2B marketing.
• Ability to analyze data and drive measurable, result-oriented campaigns.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
