About the Role

Biodeal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing to lead and oversee all marketing activities across the organization, with a sharp focus on positioning Biodeal as a trusted leader in the Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) space. This leadership role will involve end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy, branding, and client engagement initiatives to drive domestic and international growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• • Define and execute the overall marketing vision for Biodeal, aligning with business goals.
• • Build and lead the marketing function, ensuring integration across all business verticals.
• • Partner closely with top management to drive growth in the CDMO business.
• CDMO-Focused Marketing
• • Develop marketing strategies to promote Biodeal’s CDMO services (formulations, APIs, and third-party manufacturing).
• • Identify and target pharmaceutical companies globally for contract partnerships.
• • Support Business Development with strong market intelligence, client presentations, and proposal positioning.
• Branding & Visibility
• • Strengthen Biodeal’s corporate brand across domestic and international markets.
• • Drive participation in pharma exhibitions, global conferences, and networking forums.
• • Oversee digital presence, corporate communications, PR, and media outreach.
• Market Research & Business Insights
• • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends in CDMO and pharma outsourcing.
• • Translate insights into actionable marketing campaigns and growth strategies.
• • Support leadership with reports and recommendations for market expansion.
• Team Building & Collaboration
• • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
• • Collaborate with BD, Operations, R&D, and Finance teams for integrated execution.
• • Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and client engagement across channels.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, preferably with a Pharma/Healthcare specialization.
• 12–18 years of proven marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in CDMO/CRAMS/Third-party manufacturing space.
• Strong leadership skills with prior experience heading a marketing function.
• Global exposure to pharma marketing will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
