This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in Pune. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting issues.
Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and scheduling sales/service visits.Provide excellent after-sales support, Build and maintain strong connections with clients, dealers, and stakeholders. Manage leads and sales data. Required Candidate profile 1. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work. 2. Strong business communication skills (both written & verbal). 3. Proficiency in the local language (spoken). 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
