Marketing Head

As the Marketing Head, you will be expected to have 5 to 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, international voice process, and business development. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead the marketing team towards achieving the company's goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets - Lead and mentor the marketing team to drive successful campaigns - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions - Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE), Business Administration (MBA), or PhD - Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns The company operates in the manufacturing, IT, and teaching industries. The working hours for this role are from 9 AM to 7 PM, and it is a full-time position. Salary for this position ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 based on your experience, with the possibility of an increase. Incentives will also be provided based on sales performance.
