Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout all design stages. 2. Project Coordination & Management Coordinate with Team Leaders, consultants (MEP, structural), and internal teams. Manage drawings, GFCs, client feedback, and change orders. Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and presentations. Track schedules and address potential delays proactively. Ensure timely delivery of all project-related documents. 3. Technical Expertise & Quality Control Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and progress. Provide design clarifications and resolve technical issues. Ensure alignment with approved specifications and standards. 4. Team Collaboration & Leadership Mentor and guide junior and senior architects. Offer technical and design direction to the team. Collaborate across departments for efficient project execution. 5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Understand and align with client needs and objectives. Present design concepts and updates to stakeholders. Manage expectations on quality, timelines, and deliverables. 6. Progress Tracking & Reporting Monitor project milestones and schedules. Provide regular updates to the Team Leader on progress and risks. Provide design clarifications and resolve technical issues. Ensure alignment with approved specifications and standards.
