Job Summary

Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team (Digital, Social Media, CRM, Brand, ATL/BTL).
  • Build and maintain the brand's positioning, messaging, and market presence.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

2. Digital Marketing & Performance Management

  • Drive digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, ORM, and social platforms.
  • Oversee website strategy, landing pages, content calendars, and lead funnels.
  • Track and optimise campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, etc.).
  • Manage online branding, reviews, and digital reputation.

3. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

  • Plan and execute data-driven lead generation strategies.
  • Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion ratios, and CRM performance.
  • Build marketing automation journeys for nurturing and engagement.

4. Brand Building & Communication

  • Design brand guidelines, storytelling, marketing collateral, brochures, videos, and creatives.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, content creators, and media partners.
  • Oversee PR activities, influencer collaborations, events, and promotions.

5. Offline Marketing & Ground Activations

  • Plan and execute ATL/BTL activities , including events, exhibitions, outdoor ads, and on-ground brand activations.
  • Monitor budgets, vendor management, and quality control for offline marketing.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Present periodic performance reports and insights to management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics.
  • Creative thinking with strong storytelling ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, SEO tools, automation platforms).
  • Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 - 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in Real Estate / FMCG / Consumer Goods / Tech / Services is preferred but not mandatory.
