Job Purpose: The Operation Head will oversee all operations of the wellness retreat, ensuring smooth coordination between wellness services, guest care, and hospitality departments. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong luxury property experience , solid Front Office background, and the ability to deliver premium guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations across all departments (Wellness, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverages, Maintenance, etc.). Ensure excellence in guest relations and Front Office operations —VIP handling, guest personalization, and smooth arrivals/departures. Coordinate with wellness doctors, consultants, and trainers for effective execution of wellness programs and retreats. Maintain premium service standards through SOPs, guest feedback, and quality checks. Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, revenue optimization, and cost control. Lead staff training on luxury hospitality standards, grooming, and guest service etiquette . Monitor compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards . Implement global best practices in wellness hospitality for continuous improvement. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven leadership in premium hospitality properties (luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness retreats). Strong expertise in Front Office and guest management . Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of wellness-focused operations and guest personalization . Financial acumen to manage budgets and optimize resources. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Wellness. Additional certifications in hospitality or leadership preferred. Experience: 10+ years in hospitality/wellness operations . Minimum 3 years in Front Office operations . Minimum 5 years in senior operational leadership . The role requires a proven leader who understands luxury/wellness markets and can effectively manage both domestic and international marketing initiatives to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute domestic and international marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Build strong brand positioning in global markets , targeting wellness travelers, corporates, and high-value guests. Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, SEM, influencer collaborations) with an international reach . Plan and implement global PR, partnerships, and trade campaigns to attract international guests. Collaborate with sales teams to design promotional packages and seasonal offers for international clientele. Represent the brand in international trade shows, wellness expos, and networking events . Establish partnerships with overseas travel agencies, corporates, and wellness communities. Monitor global market trends, competitor strategies, and guest insights to refine marketing approaches. Manage and mentor the marketing team for efficient execution of campaigns. Prepare and manage the marketing budget with focus on ROI from international and domestic markets . Key Skills & Competencies: Proven expertise in International Marketing , preferably in luxury hospitality or wellness. Strong knowledge of global digital marketing, branding, and PR strategies.
