Job Description

A marketing event manager plans, executes, and evaluates events to align with a company's marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include developing event concepts, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, leading promotional activities, and analyzing event success to drive objectives like brand awareness and lead generation. Essential skills include project management, communication, and negotiation, along with a strong understanding of marketing principles.  Event planning and execution: Oversee all stages of an event, from initial concept and planning to on-site management and post-event follow-up. Budget management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Vendor and supplier management: Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and personnel, such as caterers and technical staff. Marketing and promotion: Create and implement promotional activities to attract the target audience and generate leads. Project management: Coordinate all event-related operations and staff, ensuring smooth execution and resolving any issues that arise. Performance analysis: Evaluate the success of the event against objectives and prepare reports for stakeholders.
