Role Overview Responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models to solve critical business challenges, including tasks such as classification, regression, clustering and recommendation systems. Develop and manage end-to-end data science pipelines, handling data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor and improve model performance continuously, staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML to optimize solutions. Work with a variety of data types, including structured datasets and unstructured data (text, images, voice, sensor data), to develop robust machine learning models. Ensure that all models are scalable, accurate, and provide actionable insights, delivering measurable business value. Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning, with a solid track record of delivering successful projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large, complex datasets. Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Experience in Convolutional Neural Networks, Transformers, Transfer Learning from LLMs to SLMs (Smaller Language Migration). Experience with NLP techniques and deep learning models, including CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and LLMs, especially in tasks like classification and sentiment analysis. Proven experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, or a related field.
