The Circle Marketing Manager leads marketing campaigns + investment to deliver consumer and Sales growth and fuel rapid network expansion in the Region. The custodian of this role will be responsible to build a strong brand in MRPLs Target Group based on our Supermarket CVP which is around Value & Fresh. This would be for the existing stores in the region, apart from a series of new stores that will be launched in the upcoming years.
1. Execute all marketing activities in the region with excellence and on-time to deliver consumer growth targets
2. Lead entire Go to market planning of all new store launches in the region ensuring accelerated consumer acquisition and sales- Includes catchment and consumer understanding, BTL media planning and execution 3. Manage vendors/ agencies for POSM and BTL media
4. Responsible for training and managing team for Door to Door Activities, Society Activations, In-store Promoters
5. Consumer understanding and Competition benchmarking at regular frequency to ensure continuous improvement of marketing plans
6. Responsible for managing regions Marketing Investment and continuously improve effectiveness of spends and improve ROI
