We are an IRDA-licensed Insurance Broking Company looking for a skilled and proactive Manager Motor Insurance Payout & Commission Analysis . This role involves managing monthly payout grids received from multiple insurers, analysing market commission trends, negotiating payout structures, and ensuring our team receives accurate and competitive motor insurance payout information. Role & responsibilities Collect, validate, and update Motor Insurance Monthly Payout Grids received from various insurers (TW, PCV, CV, Misc). Analyse insurer payouts and compare commission slabs, OD/TP payouts, NCB structures, special schemes , etc. Conduct market benchmarking to ensure our brokerage receives the best possible payout structures. Negotiate payout terms with insurer partners in coordination with senior management. Maintain a clean, updated database of state-wise, RTO-wise, vehicle category-wise payout revision history. Prepare MIS reports , dashboards, and payout comparison summaries for internal teams. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Insurer Relationship Managers for payout-related queries. Support pricing discussions, special approvals, and exception management. Ensure accuracy and timely communication of payout changes to internal stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). 4+ years of experience in Motor Insurance or General Insurance (Broker/Distributor/Insurer). Strong understanding of Motor Insurance product, payout structure, commission grids, and RTO classifications . Excellent knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, IF, MATCH, Logical formulas, MIS building) . Ability to analyse large datasets and prepare logical comparisons.
