Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the marketing department
Coordinate effectively with the field team for sales and market-related activities
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks

Data Management & Analysis

Collect, compile, and maintain marketing and operational data
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for review by senior management
Analyze basic data trends to support decision-making

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with plant teams regarding production status, dispatch planning, and material availability
Work closely with the cement dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials
Act as a communication bridge between marketing, plant, field, and internal support teams

Invoice & Documentation Handling

Verify invoices for accuracy as per dispatch records, agreements, and internal policies
Maintain proper documentation related to invoices, dispatches, and coordination activities
Support reconciliation of invoices with relevant departments

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports related to sales, dispatch, and operational performance
Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with internal procedures

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting

Communication Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders

Behavioral Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation
