We are hiring for the position of Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager / Manager(QA/ QC) for our warehouse Projects. Roles and Responsibilities: Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes at construction sites. Ensure that all materials and workmanship comply with project specifications, IS codes, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed quality reports. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues. Supervise and monitor the testing of construction materials (e.g., concrete, steel) in accordance with IS codes and project requirements. Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including reports, checklists, and records. Support the Project Manager in achieving quality objectives within established project timelines. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in QA/QC for PEB shed warehouse construction projects. In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards, construction site management, and materials testing protocols. Hands-on experience in managing quality for commercial or PEB shed warehouse projects is preferred. Strong communication skills with proficiency in documentation and reporting. Proven ability to lead a team and coordinate effectively across cross-functional project teams.

Role & responsibilities Mood Board & Story Creation: Develop seasonal mood boards and trend-based story lines aligned with global market research, brand direction, and buyer/client briefs. CAD Concepts & Product Development: Translate creative concepts into production-ready Woven CAD . Work closely with the product development team to create innovative and commercially viable fabrics. Client Presentation: Prepare and present fabric stories, design concepts, and developments to internal teams and external buyers/clients. Mill Coordination: Collaborate with internal production, weaving, to ensure timely development and sampling. Trend Research: Continuously monitor fashion and fabric trends, forecast upcoming directions, and incorporate them into woven designs. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of woven structures, yarn selection, fabric aesthetics, and market requirements. Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability. Good communication and presentation skills.
