Job Description

QA/QC Engineer / Sr. Engineer Civil

Roles and Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes at the construction site.
Ensure materials and workmanship are in compliance with project specifications and standards.
Conduct site inspections and prepare quality reports.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Conduct and monitor testing of materials (concrete, steel, etc.) as per IS codes and project requirements.
Maintain all QA/QC documentation, reports, checklists, and records.
Support the Project Manager in achieving quality targets within project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 to 7 years of experience in QA/QC in building construction projects.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, site management, and construction materials testing.
Hands-on experience in commercial or residential high-rise building projects preferred.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
