  • Plan and oversee strategic, operational, and administrative projects.
  • Develop and implement reporting systems, procedures, and cost-control measures.
  • Coordinate with site teams, verify execution plans, and seek timely approvals.
  • Monitor progress (Planned vs. Achieved) and prepare catch-up plans.
  • Manage advance planning of manpower, machinery, and materials.
  • Track billing, fund flow, and ensure smooth client correspondence.
  • Support regulatory processes and handle miscellaneous assigned duties.

Preffered candidate : -

  • Having adequate knowledge of Purchase and accounts system.
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organisational skill
