The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with injection moulding processes, mould validations, and the creation of SOPs. This role is critical in ensuring the successful production and quality of medical device components. Key Responsibilities: Injection Moulding Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to injection moulding machines, moulds, and product quality. Conduct process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency in the injection moulding operations. Medical Device Knowledge (ISO-13485): Ensure that all processes and products comply with the ISO-13485 standards for medical devices. Maintain a strong understanding of medical device regulations and implement necessary changes to comply with these standards. Mould Validation: Perform mould validation and qualification to ensure the moulding process produces quality parts consistently.
