Job Title: Dispatch Executive
Location: MIHAN, NagpurExperience Required: 1–2 YearsSalary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

Nubeno Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and organized Dispatch Executive to manage and streamline the daily dispatch operations at our MIHAN, Nagpur facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling dispatches, maintaining documentation, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare dispatch plans and ensure timely delivery of goods to clients/customers.
Coordinate with transporters, courier agencies, and internal teams for shipment execution.
Generate dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, etc.
Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
Maintain records of dispatches and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
Handle customer queries related to deliveries and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in managing inventory for ready-to-dispatch goods.
Ensure packaging standards are met before dispatch.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation procedures.
Familiarity with dispatch documentation (Invoice, E-way bill, etc.).
Computer literacy (MS Office, Email, basic ERP knowledge preferred).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
1–2 years of relevant experience in dispatch or logistics, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
