Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Liaise with local authorities to resolve issues related to land acquisition, site planning, and construction.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing the real estate industry.
Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits for real estate projects.
Develop strong relationships with key government officials to facilitate smooth project execution.
Provide guidance on corporate affairs matters to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with government departments including Noida Authority, Revenue Department, Sub-Registrar Office, Tehsil, Nagar Nigam, and Development Authorities.
Handle land acquisition processes such as documentation, verification, mutation, conversion, and approvals.
Manage statutory approvals like land use conversion, building plan sanctions, environmental clearances, and NOCs.
Coordinate with legal teams for drafting and vetting land-related documents and agreements.
Ensure compliance with local land laws, RERA norms, zoning regulations, and real estate policies.
Track and follow up on movement of files with government offices for timely approvals.
Represent the company in government meetings and negotiations.
Resolve disputes and challenges related to land ownership and acquisition.
Maintain records of approvals, correspondence, and project documentation.

Desired Profile

Minimum 5+ years of experience in government liaison and land acquisition within the real estate sector.
In-depth knowledge of Noida land regulations and authority procedures.
Strong network with local government officials is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, documentation, and coordination skills.
