Liasioning Officer

Job Title: Liaisoning Officer

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with

  government departments, local municipalities, water resource authorities, and pollution control boards

  .
• Coordinate with relevant

  state and central government agencies

  for project approvals, permits, and clearances (such as environmental, groundwater, and NOC processes).
• Facilitate

  timely communication and coordination

  between the company, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Track and ensure compliance with applicable

  laws, policies, and guidelines

  related to water and infrastructure projects.
• Support internal teams in

  documentation, proposal submissions, and follow-ups

  with government and funding agencies.
• Monitor and report on

  policy updates, tenders, and regulatory changes

  impacting the water sector.
• Represent the company in official meetings, presentations, and discussions with government officials.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all liaisoning activities and correspondence.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate

  (Engineering / Science / Environmental / Public Administration / Equivalent). A

  Masters degree

  will be an added advantage.
• Minimum

  8 years of experience

  in liaisoning.
• Strong understanding of

  government processes, tendering procedures, and statutory approvals

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with

  Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM)

  ,

  AMRUT

  , or other government water infrastructure programs will be highly desirable.
