Responsibilities: * Greet guests, handle requests & manage phone calls * Maintain front desk operations & guest satisfaction * Coordinate deliveries & mail distribution * Manage inventory & supplies ordering
Liaise with the Building proposals dept. / MMRDA / MOEF / MHADA / CFO / municipal approvals /statutory sanctions / Licenses.To act as company's interface in dealing with key /senior officials of relevant statutory authorities and various consultants.
