Role & responsibilities The role holder is responsible for strategic planning and overseeing the progress of Geo Tech (Structure) design delivery. This includes defining the design framework and establishing guidelines for Geo Tech (Structure). The incumbent will also manage client relationships and secure key approvals for design elements, materials, and relevant licenses from various government authorities. Additionally, the role involves supervising all aspects of Geo Tech (Structure) design management, providing critical input into design processes, and collaborating closely with other unit heads to ensure project outcomes align with expectations. Preferred candidate profile Define the Geo Tech (Structure) design framework and GRIL standard guidelines. Collaborate with senior management to define assignment scope and finalize teams. Approve high-level work plans outlining key activities and timelines. Finalize estimates and resource plans (time, manpower, etc.) for design assignments. Oversee timely execution of design assignments, ensuring adherence to codal requirements, contractual obligations, and GRIL quality standards. Establish design guidelines for planning and bidding teams across bid types. Monitor progress, identify schedule deviations, and ensure timely, high-quality, and safe deliverables. Own SOPs for the design function; define SLAs to meet statutory and GRIL quality standards. Promote design optimization and innovative construction methods for cost efficiency. Coordinate with business units, consultants, and government officials for approvals and high-level discussions. Keep clients and Head Design informed on progress and facilitate timely input for assignment completion. Support development and engagement of the team, ensuring capability building through continuous learning and innovative practices.

Role & responsibilities Overall responsible for end-to-end Project Budgeting (Cost Planning & Monitoring) and Billing (Client / Sub-contractors). Timely invoicing and collection of payment from client in time. Preparation of Baseline /revised schedules (Post-Tender) including but not limited to Scope of Work Statement, WBS, Physical and Financial Progress along with S-Curve. To devise resource plan including Manpower, Machinery and Material in order to achieve timely project completion with optimal resources Updating/Tracking of Zero Budget/Revised Budgets including Critical Issues /Red Flag. Conversant in preparing proposal for Change of Scopes/variations/additional items identified in the project. Ensuring usage of Updated Rate Analysis. Timely Preparation of BOQ, Estimates and Bar Bending Schedule. Understanding and preparation of Item/Material/Billing reconciliation on monthly basis. Preparation of analytical MIS related to Budgeting/Billing/CoS. Preparation of Work Orders for Sub-contractors etc. Handling of correspondence from IE/AE and Concessionaire related to Billing/CoS. Coordination with inter department for expedite the deliverable regarding Design & Drawing, Procurement. Preparation and updating critical issues log, assessment of impact of various issues on account of client deliverables on project Progress. To prepare Cash Flow as per cost and revenue plan. Daily/Weekly Project Review Meetings with management Prepare the MOM for all the meeting. Preferred candidate profile Should have been involved in the Billing & Planning of Highway Projects on HAM mode as Lead Position. Qualification & Experience B Tech - Civil with 14+ years of experience
