Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Core Marketing Responsibilities (Main Focus)

Develop and execute complete marketing strategies for all business verticals.
Brand positioning, awareness-building, and communication planning.
Plan and manage
ATL / BTL campaigns
, exhibitions, trade shows & promotional activities.
Prepare product briefs, technical content, marketing collaterals, brochures, banners & packaging inputs.
Conduct
market research, competitor analysis
, and trend evaluation.
Lead product launch strategies with strong marketing visibility.
Manage website updates, digital content, email campaigns & LinkedIn marketing support.
Track marketing ROI and ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets.
Coordinate with creative teams, printing vendors & external partners.

Sales-Support Responsibilities (Secondary)

Provide marketing support to sales teams for presentations, lead generation & customer communication.
Assist in identifying new markets and expansion opportunities.
Support distributor/channel coordination through marketing initiatives.
Align campaigns and marketing activities with revenue goals.

Preferred candidate profile

25 years of experience in marketing (brand, product, BTL/ATL, campaigns).
Strong understanding of product marketing and ground-level activation.
Ability to handle multi-vertical marketing in Pharma / FMCG / Agri sectors.
Excellent communication, creativity & execution capability.
Experience in channel partner or distributor coordination is a plus.
Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel for campaigns/events.
