Role Objective: This is a full-time on-site role for a BTL Marketing Activation professional at SOBHA Ltd. The role involves executing BTL activations, conceptualizing events, and managing vendors with 3 to 6 years of experience. Conceptualize and design events catering to the luxury market, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer expectations. Develop and maintain a comprehensive event calendar encompassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly events for residential themed projects. Plan and establish collaborations for co-branded events and brand alliances, fostering relationships with luxury brands for partnerships and event participation. Establish partnerships with luxury brands, facilitating their participation in events and fostering mutually beneficial relationships. Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors/masters degree in marketing, business, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record in event management with a focus on the luxury market, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.
