Role 2: Marketing Associate (Offline Sales & Field Marketing)
Key Responsibilities:Conduct offline marketing & promotional activities to drive student enrollments.Build partnerships with schools, coaching institutes, and local networks.Execute ATL & BTL activities including seminars, canopy marketing, and brand activations.Generate leads through community engagement & B2B outreach.Conduct basic market research to analyze local education trends.Requirements: 1 24 years of experience in offline marketing / field sales (education sector preferred). 2 Strong communication & networking skills. 3 Confident public speaker and effective collaborator. 4 Experience in ATL/BTL and canopy marketing. 5 Self-driven and result-oriented.
