You’ll be responsible for setting up our ERP software at client sites, training users, and supporting their onboarding into a digitized, compliant business process. Key Responsibilities Implement ERP modules at client sites and via remote sessions Train end-users across various departments including Production, QA/QC, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance Understand client-specific business workflows and configure ERP systems accordingly Provide assistance during go-live and ongoing post-deployment support Document implementation processes, issues, and user feedback Travel to client locations as required You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Are a fast learner, practical thinker and problem solver. Communicate clearly (written and spoken – English, Hindi) Are willing to travel often to have the software implemented.
