Job Title: Senior Academic Counselor Curious Junior Location: Noida Work Mode: Initial 2 Months: On-site (Mandatory office reporting) Post 2 Months: Remote (Work From Home) Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents about the company's courses and programs. Understand students academic goals and recommend suitable learning paths. Handle inbound and outbound inquiries; follow up with leads to ensure conversion. Achieve and exceed assigned enrollment and sales targets. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
