Job Responsibilities

1.

(Leaflets/Brochures/Booklets/Posters)

  • Meet the doctors to understand the common ailments and short list the ones on which immediate information may be required.
  • Identify the nuances in terms of specialties, which differentiate one Fortis hospital from the other and come out with ideas for leaflets accordingly
  • Develop the concept and content and meet the agency, which will present a design based on the inputs given.
  • Coordinating with the doctors for approvals on the content and the concept. Finalizing subsequent drafts and getting the copies printed.
  • Contacting printers (based on the specifications of quality and timely delivery) and getting the lowest quotations.
  • Printing of Brochures and Leaflets.
  • Conduct regular inspection inside the hospital to ensure that sufficient numbers of leaflets are available on all the floors and proper inventory is maintained.
  • Ensure that direct mailers (also called the doctors communication) are sent to apartments around the hospital.
  • Maintain sufficient inventory of some of the standard leaflets pertaining to the various departments in the hospital like the corporate service brochure, health check up leaflet, hospital service leaflet.

  • Collect the CVs of all doctors.
  • Convert it into profile format after identifying the uniqueness pertaining to the doctors skill
  • Copyright the profile and get it printed
  • Convert the profile into PDF formats and ensure regular display on the plasma TVs at different floors.
  • Ensure that some of the important profiles are put on the website.

  • Undertake design of the newsletter
  • Collect the unique case studies from within the hospital, and get them approved from the doctors.
  • Get it printed at low quotes ensuring that the quality is maintained
  • Collect new databases of gynecology, ENT, Radiology, Urology, Vascular surgery, Anesthesia etc
  • Prepare for the next level where the case studies will be collected from all over India and the newsletter will be dispatched in all states.

4.

  • Coordinate high profile events for the hospital like the life style modification events’, which are conducted in different hospitals.
  • Decides the target audience and the budget allocated for the event along with the marketing team.
  • Execute the strategies to convert such events into business opportunities.
  • Ensure designing, printing and allocation of privilege cards to the corporate medical officers and the visiting consultants.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups after an initiative is taken, for example the co-branding exercise.
  • Prepare the e-one posters, e-one cards, stickers and leaflets.
  • Ensure that greeting mails are send to companies.
  • Maintain a Corporate wellness folder (database)
  • Coordinate for the video shoot and photo shoot with the agencies and the doctors with respect to the time.
  • Prepare the questions for the doctor before the photo shoot so that he can be prepared for the shoot.

5.

  • Prepare a write up on the hospital
  • Develop the OPD timing leaflet/ consultant list leaflet (being very careful with Dr’s name and qualification), health check leaflet, hospital service leaflet and the lobby directory.
  • Coordinating and designing the external signage for the hospital
  • Ensure printing of co-branding posters, stands, leaflets with co-branding logos.

a.) Coordinate with Sales Team & Plan the Public Forum communication in the Form of Paper Insert, Standees, SMS Blast, Fliers etc to ensure the maximum footfalls in the Public Forum.

b.) Coordinate with Sales Team & Plan the CME communication like Invites, and give away to the doctors informative material like FAQs about specialty, Dockets etc. to ensure that doctors will keep engaged with Fortis Hospitals & refer the patients.

7. Specialty based Campaigns

a.) Make a marketing plan for the facility for a particular campaign.

b.)Implementation of campaign indoor & outdoor, in & around the facility.

c.) Keep the track record of patient inflow pre & post launch of campaign.

8.) Strategy formulation for new innovations in branding with respect to our two sets of business (Referral Doctor & Public), to ensure increase interest in Fortis Hospitals.

a.) Neighbourhood Activity to engage & attract the public & ensure the footfall in Hospital

b.) Doctors Privilege program

c.) Doctors Facility Induction program ( for Referral doctors to showcase our facility)

d.) Agenda in Lunch Meets & Dinner Meets to ensure the long term engagement of Referral Doctor with Fortis.
