• Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction,
architecture, and building materials sectors.
• Lead Generation: Research, generate, and qualify potential leads for aluminum windows and
doors through market analysis, networking, and referrals.
• Sales & Negotiation: Present and sell products and solutions to prospective clients,
negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with
existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to create
strategies for expanding the companys market share.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product features, industry trends, and
innovations in aluminum windows and doors to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, and
regularly report to the management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop promotional
materials and provide feedback on customer requirements.
• Gender: Female (as per company preference).
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the
construction or building materials industry (aluminum products experience is a plus).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
• Networking: Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with industry
professionals.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer needs while
ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings, site visits, and networking
events.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
