Strong understanding of staffing lifecycle and IT infrastructure (cloud, networking,
licensing, managed services).
Proven record of acquiring large clients, managing complex deals, and achieving
targets.
Network across India & International enterprise accounts.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
CRM usage (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and strong sales reporting hygiene.
Experience selling into MSP/VMS environments.
Prior experience with OEMs, system integrators, or enterprise solution providers.
Domain knowledge in BFSI, Captives, Manufacturing, or Healthcare verticals.
