Senior Manager - HR Branding

The Senior Manager HR Branding is responsible for building and strengthening the organizations employer brand to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

This role leads employer branding initiatives, talent marketing strategies, employee experience programs, and brand communication across internal and external platforms. The position works closely with HR, Marketing, and Leadership teams to position the company as an employer of choice.

Employer Branding & Strategy

• Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive the creation of a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Enhance the companys visibility on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other talent platforms.
• Create branding campaigns that promote company culture, values, and benefits.

Talent Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute digital campaigns, social media content, career page updates, and hiring advertisements.
• Manage photoshoots, videos, and storytelling initiatives highlighting employee success stories.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure alignment of corporate and employer brand messaging.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Build internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Create branding materials for onboarding, recognition, and culture-building activities.
• Support HR initiatives such as engagement programs, diversity campaigns, and wellness initiatives.

Content Development & Communications

• Write and review content for social media, newsletters, recruitment videos, and event marketing.
• Maintain consistent brand tone across all HR communication channels.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners for content and campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track metrics on employer branding performance, campaign reach, and engagement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
• Provide monthly dashboards and insights to HR leadership.
