Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Strategize &Implementall brand activities to improve brand health & deliver top line.
Design, develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives to deliver brand objectives.
Development of Annual Marketing Plan as per approved budget & marketing strategy with detailed definition of month-wise marketing activities.
Coordination with agencies (creative, media, digital, PR etc.)
Ownership of Packaging Design
Ownership of all ATL/BTL assets & collaterals.
Monitoring media budget spends and develop necessary reports.
Build activation programs to drive consumer engagement.
Ensuring data collection and compilation out of extensive market research both by field visit & consumer insights department and ensuring analysis of research data.
Conceptualizing & Testing of new product ideas.
Liaison with cross-functional teams for all product/brand related activities.
Working with sales teams and channel partners to ensure successful launches of new products.
Develop intelligence & continuously track competition in the category.
Demonstrate regular and ad hoc reports to the team to help them understand category range and performance.

Job Purpose

Preferred candidate profile:

At least 10 years of sales/marketing experience in FMCG/Foods category, with minimum 3-4 years of experience as Brand Manager. Exposure to Spices/RTE-Foods would be preferred.

Prior experience of conducting consumer research, packaging development, ATL/BTL campaign development, digital marketing and handling of creative agency, media agency is must. Proficiency in understanding of AC Nielsen, IMRB Kantar data. Experience of multi-stakeholder (R&D, Compliance, Pkg Development, Sales& GTM) management is required.
