Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Brand Development:

Build & execute brand strategies.

Maintain brand consistency through strong guidelines and cohesive storytelling

Strengthen brand positioning and category leadership

2. Campaign Planning & Execution:

Lead high-impact 360 campaigns (Digital, Print, OOH, Events, Cinema, BTL).

Drive performance-led campaigns + full-funnel marketing execution.

Plan content calendars, creatives, AI-backed content, and brand communication

3. Digital, Social & Performance Marketing:

Manage Meta, Google, YouTube, OTT, influencer & digital media campaigns.

Deep understanding of analytics, tracking, reporting & optimisation.

Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, FB, YouTube, LinkedIn, X). Use Canva, AI tools, and presentation tools for brand decks, campaign mockups & leadership reviews.

4. Consumer Insights & Market Research:

Conduct competitive benchmarking & category analysis across all verticals.

Extract insights and evaluate trends to drive effective brand decisions.

5. Stakeholder & Agency Management

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Ops, HR, Leadership).

Manage creative agencies, media teams, production houses, and influencers.

Review and approve creative work ensuring quality & brand fit.

6. Budget & Process Management

Plan and manage budgets with strong ROI focus.

Ownership of invoicing, vendor coordination & timelines.

7. Brand Governance & Advocacy

Ensure brand hygiene across properties, hotels, cinemas & retail points. Act as an internal brand ambassador ensuring consistent communication.

8. Team Mentorship

Mentor junior team members; encourage creativity, discipline & data-backed decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation/post Graduation in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.

5 to 8 years of experience

Strong proficiency in: Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, AI tools (ChatGPT/Midjourney), Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Analytics tools, Content Strategy.

Excellent communication, storytelling, creative & project management skills.

Strong stakeholder & agency management capabilities.
