Brand Manager

The Brand Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing the school’s brand identity across digital and offline platforms. The role involves developing strategic marketing initiatives, supervising content creation, ensuring consistency in brand communication, and driving engagement among parents, students, and the wider community. The Brand Manager will lead and coordinate a team including a Videographer, Photographer, Social Media Executive, and Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coordination
• Oversee end-to-end content creation: photography, videography, reels, posts, event coverage, blogs, and newsletters.
• Ideate and manage digital campaigns around admissions, events, achievements, and school activities.
• Ensure content accuracy, compliance, and approval before final release.
• Build and manage monthly social media calendars.
• Monitor growth, insights, and engagement; plan interventions to boost digital presence.
• Manage paid campaigns (admissions / awareness) in coordination with digital partners.
• Oversee branding and media coverage for school events and milestones.
• Coordinate with press/media for news releases and appearances.
• Manage feedback loops from academic teams, leadership, and parents.
