Brand Manager

This role will be crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative and increase the market share of GCM as a brand and increase organization equity with customers

Role & responsibilities

• Create a brand and communication strategy
• Translate the brand strategy into tangible marketing mix elements
• Plan the long term and rolling short term marketing calendar
• Establish the brand strongly in the EV and mobility Eco-system as the leader through strategic partnerships and initiatives
• Leverage digital presence including websites, social, online reputation
• Brand communication across online and offline, ATL and BTL activations
• Own the end user experiences through innovating and standardizing vehicle, driver and operational levers
• Manage the key operational metrics of marketing performance.
• Innovate, make continuous improvements, and take new initiatives
• Plan, implement and manage public relations programs
• Creating marketing plans, defining campaign objectives, identifying target audience segments, and coordinating with marketing teams to implement campaigns effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Marketing
• 8+ years of experience in Corporate Communications D2C/B2C Brand, brand communications,
• PR, brand shoot, social media, brand campaign.
• Should be dominant Striving and Relating talent
