Job Description

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to create and implement marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and ultimately drive revenue growth. The individual will be responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary marketing tools and resources, including lead generation campaigns, sales enablement materials, and market insights, all focused on maximizing sales performance and achieving business targets.

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and develop tailored contents for marketing materials (Content related with brochures, case studies, presentations, proposals etc) that support sales conversations and help close deals.
Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns to attract high quality prospects within the road safety industry (both Govt. and private sector)
Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns reflect the brands value proposition and differentiate our solutions in the competitive road safety market.
Work closely with the sales team to maintain consistent messaging across all customer touch points (email, website, social media, and events).
Plan and execute marketing strategies for key industry events, trade shows that drive awareness and generate leads.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ yrs experience, digital marketing, brand promotion
